DAY 03 KUMARAKOM
After breakfast, disembark at Kumarakom and check in at a resort. A beautiful destination of mangroves forest, green paddy fields & coconut groves interspersed with enchanting waterways, Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands situated on Vembanad Lake. DAY 04 KUMARAKOM

DAY 05 KUMARAKOM - PERIYAR [132 Kms./4 hrs]
After breakfast, check out and drive to Periyar - one of the well known wildlife sanctuaries of South India is famous for wild animals especially elephants. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar dam adds to the charm of the park. Check in at hotel for 01 night. Afternoon, boat cruise at Periyar Lake to watch wildlife. DAY 06 PERIYAR - COCHIN [192 Kms./5½ hrs]
After breakfast, check out and drive to Cochin. Cochin the ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’ is one of the most interesting cities of India and has one of the finest natural harbours in the world. Check in at hotel. Evening, watch the spectacular Kathakali dance in a local theatre. Overnight at Abad Atrium.

DAY 07 COCHIN

DAY 08 COCHIN - COIMBATORE [214 Kms./ 5 hrs]

DAY 09 COIMBATORE - METTUPALAYAM - OOTY [30 Kms./ 1 hr + 3 hrs]
Morning (0600 hrs), drive to Mettupalayam Railway station to catch Toy Train to Ooty. This smart little hill train chugs up daily to Ooty from Mettupalayam covering plantations, tea garden, lush forest and pretty little stations on its four-hour climb to Ooty. Check in at hotel. DAY 10 OOTY
After breakfast, tour of Ooty, popularly referred to as the ‘Queen of Blue Mountains’ located in the Nilgiri hills is the most renowned hill station in South India . DAY 11 OOTY - MYSORE [164 Kms./ 4 hrs]
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Mysore – the ancient capital of Wodeyar kingdom. It is a small, easygoing, sandalwood country; a craft-crazy city with friendly people, tree-lined boulevards, art galleries and a palace. Check-in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. DAY 12 MYSORE
After breakfast, visit Ranganathittu bird sanctuary & Srirangapatnam . Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Mysore covering Chamundi hill; Maharaja's Palace - the magnificent three-storied structure and Deva Raja Market. Overnight at Sandesh De Prince.

DAY 13 MYSORE - HASSAN [80 Kms./ 2 ½ hrs]
After breakfast, check out and drive to Hassan. En route visit Shravanbelagola, famous for the world’s tallest monolithic statue of Jain Monk - Bahubali. Check in at hotel. Afternoon, visit Belur & Halebid. Belur, known as the Southern Banaras is famous for the temple of Chennakeshava. DAY 14 HASSAN - HOSPET [375 Kms./ 7 hrs]

DAY 15 HOSPET - HAMPI - HOSPET
After breakfast, drive to Hampi - world heritage site of monuments and ruins and one of the most mesmerizing historical sites in South India. Full day tour of Vijayanagar to visit the ruins and the temples. Overnight at Hotel Malligi.

DAY 16 HOSPET - BADAMI I [150 Kms./ 4 hrs]
After breakfast, check out and drive to Badami. En route visit Aihole & Pattadakal.
These world heritage sites have a set of temples, which display the successive Dravidian temple architecture and traces of North Indian Nagara style. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Badami Court.

DAY 17 BADAMI

DAY 18 BADAMI - BIJAPUR [175 Kms./4 ½ hrs]
After breakfast, check out and drive to Bijapur. En route visit Aihole and Pattadakal. Bijapur has the feeling of a North Indian Muslim city with its array of mausoleums, mosques and Mughal palaces.
